#PICTURES Indian Ladies UK Holi leaves colourful memories behind.

Indian Ladies UK Holi was organised for the second time round this year. While the enthusiasm of people wanting to attend was at its peak, the weather kept letting us down. Britain saw the worst weather in decades in the month of March when the whole of UK and Europe got engulfed in snow.

The event was previously scheduled for 3rd March but was postponed for a week and held on 10th March.  As ever, the true community spirit came to light when everyone involved – whether they were organizers, venue management or the audience – came together to make this beautiful festival of colours and love a super success.

It saw different communities join in for another unique experience.

The event took place at Haverstock School in Camden, a school whose former pupils included the ex Labour leader Ed Miliband.

Here are some pictures from the Holi event that will give you a flavour of the event in case you missed it. And if you are one who attended then here’s your chance to see how much fun you had!
