ParticipantUsually employers are bit sceptic about offering job to the person who has short visa but the important question here is what type of visa do you have. If its a type of visa which they think could be extended easily they would be bit lenient in job offer. My suggestion would be to engage a Solicitor so that he can issue a status letter for you explaining your matter to your employer which may help in securing job. Please feel free to contact me should you need any legal assistance in this matter.

ParticipantDear ILU BUDDY,
If your husband is an EEA national and is able to prove that he has exercised his treaty rights in the UK for 5 years your child who is born in the UK may be able to apply for British citizenship. It may or may not be a complicated application based on your particular circumstances You should seek professional assistance to make such application as its better to do it in a proper way rather than messing up the case and then seeking legal assistance to resolve it which makes the whole process more expensive and complicated. Should you require further assistance you may contact me at 07912806358.
