    Although I am not in any legal profession but as far as I am aware there is a law for Stri- dhan that is the gifts you received when you got married. You are entitled to get them back if you are married for less than seven years. One of my family friends daughter claimed all the furniture, jewellery everything through court.You need to talk to a Indian lawyer.It helps if you have photos of the jewellery given, may you wedding pictures.
