Hello ladies , I am looking for some advise on PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome)
It is for my relative who has been recently diagnosed. She is trying to get pregnant for the second time with no luck. But that is not the main thing that is bothering her , she complaints of mood swings all the time and very tearful these days. She has always been a cheerful person and this is new. She is also trying to loose weight and think that is also having an impact on her. Ladies can you please advise on general lifestyle tips or any personal experience that has helped with the above issues. TIA

I also have pcos with almost no periods in a year and managed to conceive in 2013 with the help of ovarian drilling operation done by gynaecologist in Uk.
I tried to conceive again with clomid and 2016 november and fall pregnant but had miscarriage and again fall pregnant natirally in January 2017.
I was eating low sugar and low fat diet which helps in Pcos and also was taking Moringa tablet (herbal tablet) which helps with pcos and conceiving.
